Miss Violet McDougal pictured and written about  in article entitled A LAUREATE FOR OKLAHOMA who is being extolled by the press of New York along with her sister, Miss Mary Carmack McDugal as they reviewed her first book of verse as saved from this old American News Magazine.

WRYN, Jack  * - 1864 - 1920 ERA - Western Artist named in Story entitled " Charles Marion Russell - Supreme Master of Western Art by Tana Mac. Author says Russell was known and loved as a great artist throughout the world as published in this old western magazine.

WRYN, Jack  , 1900 era - Western Painter  as named  in story entitled "CAMPAIGN TO SAVE RUSSELL'S HOME" by Helen Clark which is an appeal to friends of Charles Russell, called "The White Indian" and America's Greatest Frontier Western Artist to assist in the preservation of his homesite.
