Location: CO, NV, CA - Named in this historical mining story entitled "BULKELEY WELLS, POLITE AND LETHAL" of mining intrigue at the Smugglers Union Mine where superintendent of mines was allegedly killed by mine workers.. This is great story and one that I heartily recommend to get the flavour of mining unrest and turbulence in the old days as published in this very rare and seldom found western magazine.
